Racor 490R30 Fuel Filter / Water Separator

A fuel restriction indicator with a locking feature is now standard for every aftermarket (non-OEM) 445R, 460R, 490R, 4120R, and 4125R Series Fuel Filter/Water Separator.

The fuel restriction indicator simply replaces the standard air vent plug. The indicator installs directly into the vent port on the filter head and includes an O-ring seal.

Racor fuel restriction indicators allow operators to monitor filter condition at a glance. As restriction increases, the yellow indicator moves down towards the red “service” area. The yellow indicator will keep its position until the reset button is pressed, even after the engine is shut down. No more guesswork, simply change the filter before the indicator reaches the red zone and avoid costly roadside downtime.
