The Governor is specifically designed to meet the 1996 Federal EPA 10 GPM requirement. The Governor 10G-1 has the same features and benefits as the 10G, however, this unit is designed to be installed between the dispenser and the hose. If you wish to keep your existing swivels and breakaways, the Governor 10G-1 should be your choice.
